Having spent the most formative years of her life studying, traveling and working abroad, Taruna has had a passion for travel ever since she can remember. Her travels have taken her across the world in her quest for new experiences. Her education at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and University of Manchester in International Affairs and Organizatinal Studies has led her to a 15 year career in marketing, public relations (Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide), developmental work (Youthreach) and a stint in television media (NDTV).
She is the founder of Pearl Luxe, an experiential luxury travel consultancy, which she founded in 2010. Her attention to detail helps her orchestrate once-in-a-lifetime trips and unique experiences. Her extensive travels have taken her around the world from the Inca trail in Machu Picchu to the Masai Mara in Kenya, from Bora Bora in the French Polynesia to Chamonix in France and from the Tatsang trail in Bhutan to the turquoise waters of the Greek Isles.

She is a Director at Metro Tyres and brings in her varied expertise in communications and marketing to the fold.
She also is CEO & Co-founder, Oncourse Life, India’s first life coaching, counselling and alternative education firm for millennials which strives to help create healthier mindsets and achieve emotional well being.

As a founding member of Rotary Southend Next, she has been part of the advisory board organising and implementing programmes, social, travel and wellness forums in addition to high impact projects such as the Dance Marathon, a unique fundraiser involving young people and community leaders to make a positive impact and raise funds for various non governmental organisations.
